Designing with AI, delivered by Stereogram

We combine human judgment with AI assistance to move from insight to interface faster—without compromising craft, quality or privacy.

AI is a co-pilot—not a replacement.
It helps us learn faster, explore wider, and validate sooner.
Speed to insight
Rapidly synthesize research inputs to surface patterns and hypotheses in hours, not weeks.
Higher consistency
Assistive checks for design tokens, accessibility issues, and content tone alignment.
Exploration at scale
Generate multiple directions, components, and microcopy variants to compare earlier.
Better decisions
Scenario simulations and lightweight user-text analysis help prioritize what matters.
Cost control
Fewer cycles spent on grunt work; more time on strategy, testing, and craft.
How it fits our process
Phase 1

Research acceleration

• What we do: cluster interviews/notes, highlight themes, draft JTBD statements.
• AI assist: rapid tagging, theme extraction, gap prompts for follow-up questions.
• Human check: researchers validate signals, discard weak patterns.

Phase 2

Strategy & Information Architecture

• What we do: map goals, constraints, flows.
• AI assist: generate alternative sitemap/flow options and edge-case prompts.
• Human check: align with business targets and feasibility.

Phase 3

UX writing & wireframes

• What we do: low-fi flows, first-pass copy.
• AI assist: produce option sets for microcopy, empty-state messages, error text.
• Human check: tone, brand, and localization fit.

Phase 4

UI exploration

• What we do: Mood boards and look and feel variants
• AI assist: propose token-level adjustments, image prompts for mood exploration.
• Human check: pick, refine, and systematize into the design system.

Phase 5

Validation

• What we do: quick concept tests, holistic and accessibility passes.
• AI assist: generate test tasks, summarize qualitative notes, flag APCA color contrast issues.
• Human check: decide next iteration, not just “accept pass”.

Phase 6

Handoff & QA

• What we do: specification, documentation, asset handover.
• AI assist: spec diffs, check for missing states, content mismatch, alt-text suggestions.
• Human check: final UI/UX sign-off and Dev. implementation support.

And you will be Safe by design

• Secure data with no public uploads; datasets masked.
• Task-fit models; accuracy & compliance.
• Human-reviewed; IP fully yours, always.
• AI assists; manual audits mandatory.

What you get from us

Research synthesis pack (themes, JTBDs, prioritization)

A crisp overview of what we learned and why it matters: clustered themes, draft JTBD statements, opportunity areas, and a simple impact × confidence matrix so we know where to start.

User flows & IA (with explored alternatives)

Primary and edge-case flows plus a sitemap that shows “the happy path” and 1–2 viable alternatives. Each option is annotated with trade-offs, constraints, and links back to goals/JTBDs.

Wireframes + UI copy variants

Low/mid-fi screens covering key paths (incl. empty, error, and loading states) with 2–3 microcopy options per step. We mark tone, intent, and localization notes to speed approvals.

Component library starters / token proposals

A lean UI kit (buttons, inputs, alerts, cards) and a first pass at design tokens (color, type, spacing) that meets contrast standards. Includes usage notes and naming to be dev-ready.

Validation summary (risks, decisions, next steps)

What we tested, what we found, and what we’re doing: top insights, a short risk log with severity/confidence, the decision list, and a focused iteration plan with owners & timing.

Here are some projects where we used AI
FAQ
Missing

+
Does AI replace designers?
No—AI helps with options and summaries; human expertise sets direction and quality.
+
Will our data be safe?
Yes. We apply strict data boundaries and never expose confidential inputs to public endpoints.
+
What tools do you use?
Task-specific: research summarizers, content assistants, specification checkers, accessibility aids—selected per project.
+
Can we opt out of AI use?
Absolutely. We can deliver a 100% non-AI workflow if required.
+
Does this make projects cheaper?
It makes them smarter: fewer cycles on repetitive tasks, more time on strategy and validation.
